Founded by Ian Campbell, ISC Partners was formed to help give back to the start up community.

Ian founded AiRE Software in 2017 and launched the real estate industry’s first AI digital assistant - RiTA. The company grew from nothing to over $6M in recurring revenue in under 5 years. The business was acquired by a US-based technology company in 2021 and continues to be one of the most innovative solutions in the real estate industry.

Now, Ian is focussed on working with early stage startups that need help in scaling their businesses rapidly by sharing the tools that made him successful.

Ian is passionate about helping founders run purpose-led businesses and ensuring that Organisational Health is established early in a start up’s journey.
